Ingredients

    2 tbsp. adobo
    2 tbsp. garlic fresh, minced
    2 tsp. granulated garlic
    2 envelopes sazon
    8#(pds) pork shoulder

Procedure:

    1) Mix all of the dry ingredients and season the pork shoulder
    2) Marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator
    3) Heat up the oven to 350 degrees
    4) Cook the pork until the internal temperature reaches to 165
    degrees (It usually cooks in 2 hours and 15 minutes)
    5) After you take it out of the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes before
    cutting and serving
