Hummus
Procedure:

  1. Rinse the chickpeas well And place them in a food
    processor or blender with garlic And season with salt
    And freshly ground pepper.
  2. Add the peanut butter And process until smooth. With
    the motor running pour in slowly the oil And lemon juice.
  3. Stir in the cayenne pepper And season with salt And
    pepper. If the mixture is too thick you may add some
    water or milk. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl.
  4. In a sauté pan, heat the sesame seeds until the start to
    brown, 2 – 3 minutes on medium-high shaking the pan
    constantly. Let them cool And decorate the hummus with
    the seeds.
