Procedure:

    1. Add pasta And salt. The
    water should cover the pasta.
    2. Cook for the appropriate
    amount of time.
    3. Drain And cool.
    4.Add sauce (hot) And enjoy.
Cooking times vary according to the type And size of
the pasta.

    But as a rule:
  • Dried pasta: 8 -10 minutes
  • Filled pasta: 12 minutes
  • Fresh pasta 2 - 3 minutes

Cream And Parmesan sauce (Alfredo)
Amount
Ingredients
Cut
12 oz
Pasta
 
2 tbsp
Butter
 
1 1/2 cup
Heavy cream
 
1 cup
Parmesan cheese
Fresh
2 tbsp
Italian Parsley
Fresh
To taste
Salt And pepper
 
1/2 tbsp
Nutmeg
 
Procedure:

    1. Heat the oil, add onion, carrots And celery, season with salt
    pepper And cook at low heat for 3 minutes.

    2. Add garlic And cook for 6 minutes.

    3. Add the ground beef to the pan, season with salt And pepper
    And cook at medium heat until the beef changes color, stirring
    constantly breaking up any lumps with a spoons..

    4. Pour  in the wine, stir frequently until it has evaporated.

    5. Add the milk And continue cooking And stirring until it has
    evaporated.

    6. Stir in the tomatoes And tomato paste, season with salt And
    pepper. Cook on low And covered for 45 minutes.

    7. Add to pasta And enjoy.
Procedure:

    1.  Melt the butter add the cream and cheese, season with
    nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
    (keep an eye on if the heat is too high it will stick to the bottom
    and break the sauce)

    2. Add the pasta, parsley, more Parmesan cheese and some
    freshly ground pepper and Enjoy!!
